Load the hosted script once and use <wecloud-player> for each playback pair:

The element owns its iframe. Its player property exposes the JavaScript API, and the documented methods are available directly. Disconnecting the element destroys the player. To reuse it, call loadVideo({ otp, playbackInfo }) with a fresh pair; changing attributes does not reload media. Each instance needs its own pair.
