Build with WeCloud
WeCloud exposes a Project-scoped Server API, a hosted Web Player, and Customer webhooks. This documentation describes the currently supported public contracts. Keep API Secrets on your backend; send only a fresh OTP and opaque Playback Info to a Viewer.
Choose an integration
- Server API: create an API Secret in the Dashboard, automate uploads and Media Asset management, and authorize playback.
- Web Player: embed a ready Media Asset in a browser with an iframe, web component, or JavaScript object.
- Webhooks: receive signed lifecycle notifications for your Project.
- Mobile: the Android, iOS, React Native, and Flutter SDKs are planned under separate product work and are not currently released.
The Server API contract is OpenAPI 3.1. The API reference renders every supported public operation from that file. The Current (v1) and v1 pinned documentation URLs select this same published version; future major versions can be added without copying content between public and Dashboard views.
Availability
Online browser playback supports DRM-Protected and Standard Playback. Live streaming, offline downloads, Customer Analytics, payments, and server-language SDK packages are unavailable. Standard Playback still requires authorization but cannot provide the same extraction resistance as DRM-Protected Playback.
